Working process

The empty bottle is been sent to the turntable by the automatic conveyor. You can choice to put the bottle manually, or match a automatic bottle unscrambler. When bottle arrives at turntable, the sensor works and the turntable starts working. The filling nozzle starts filling material. Filling method is divided into 2 kinds, peristaltic or piston pump(according to different material and filling volume can customize). If customer wants to speed, the quantity of filling nozzle can be customized. After filling, next put cover. Cover putting has 2 methods. It can be automatic or manual. Automatic cover putting should match a cap vibrating plate. The vibrating plate is for the inner cap and outer cap loading, it is will customize based on bottle cap, if it is only cap, just need one set of vibrating plate. It will be used to sort of different kinds of caps and send bottle into loading cap guider automatically one by one.The inner and outer cap is united in one cap. The last progress is capping station. The bottle is fixed on the mould of disk and then it is screwed by the capping head.

 

Note

1.  For some material, it also matches vacuum system. This system avoids producing bubbles during the filling process.

2.  Different bottles need make different turntables, and the stations usually has 12 positions. The position can be customized according customer requirement.

3.  Double capping station will be used for inner plug and outside cap.
4. One plugging station, catch plug head will suck plug and insert it into bottle mouth ,capping station will suck outside cap put into bottle mouth too.

5.Drop cap inset station that put dropper automatically is used for dropper bottle.
