3) Before making machine, we will send you our sample requires for confirm machine and producing.
4) We will test your machine with you real products till you are fine with machine, and rule out the potenial problems of machine.
5) We will assist you for the shipment and clearance, trying to get ecnomic and safty ship agent.

2.  Shipment and trade terms:

1) We don't earn any money from the shipment fee.
2) We can do EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP (Door to Door)

3.  Express:

1) Spare parts needed, if we have store, we can delivery by DHL same day we receive your email.
If not in stock, we will check production days and inform to you same day we receive your email
2) When you under guarantee time, the machine part is broken by machine runs or during the transportation, the DHL cost is free.

4.  Adjustment and inspection:

1) We are ok for your inspection agent or production people to our site check machines.
2) We will do the all modifications (which is workable for our machine) from client
3) We strongly advise client can send us real package and material for test machines.
4) We will do free for one time whole machine running till client is satisfacted (trying best to creat client real production)

5.  Installation and after sale service:

1. We can send technician to your site for installation and training, client needs prepare the chinese translator.
we can also send your contactor to your site for better installation and training.
2. We will send you the your machine manual with eletrical drawings for better installation, and operate video with introduce to you about machine parts.
3. When client has problem on the machine, please do take a video to show us the problem clearly, we can also make videos and pictures, step by step to solve client problems.
